FACILITY
ACS operates from a 85,000 square foot shop that seamlessly provides an advantageous layout that allows us to design, build, hydrostatically test, and paint/coat piping under roof.
Our 3D laser scan capabilities allow us to verify dimensions on existing facilities to ensure accuracy for our customers. This enables us to reduce schedule, increase productivity, and provide savings to the customers. With the addition of our state-of-the-art sub-arc welding process, our fabrication facility can increase deposition rates with faster travel speeds and produce high quality welds much more efficiently compared to other welding processes. The fabrication shop can handle pipe exceeding 60 inches in diameter and thicknesses exceeding 4 inches.

ACS has a first class team in project controls and turnover documentation.
The team understands the importance of a client staying updated on project status. We provide daily, weekly reports and weekly "look a heads" or customize at client’s request.
